Balance isn't something you find; it’s something you grow. This is my favorite kind of homegrown peace. Sometimes, you have to be your own anchor.

The soul always knows what to do to heal itself. The challenge is to silence the mind.

They say a triangle is the strongest shape in nature because it supports pressure from all sides. 🔺 Watching my nephew find his balance reminds me that the best thing we can give the next generation isn’t just advice—it’s a solid foundation. 🧘‍♂️✨
Side by side, we’re stretching toward our best selves. One breath, one angle, and a whole lot of love.

Mirroring peace. 🧘🏾‍♂️🧘🏾‍♀️ There’s a beautiful stillness that comes from sitting down and breathing together. Matching poses, matching energy. It's moments like these that remind us of the serenity yoga brings.

Yoga, a new Lifestyle

My name is Vidya Jeyarajan, a school teacher by profession and a yoga instructor by training.

Having completed my primary and secondary I pursued instruction in Yoga and related disciplines.

I have been inspired by yoga experts such as Dr. Sridhar and Dr. Ragavendra Phai from New Delhi, who conducted Yoga Workshops when I was at College. Soon I too became a committed student if yoga. It did not take long before I started feeling the positive impact that practicing yoga had on my life. I had a wheezing problem that began to vanish, my concentration on studies became better and then eventually my physical, mental and spiritual status was boosted.

In 2003, I went to India on Scholarship to complete my higher education at Annamalai University, Tamil Nadu. During my 5 years there, until I completed my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Carnatic Music, I had the yearning to further my knowledge of Yoga in order to be self-motivated and focused. I learnt and practised Ashtanga Yoga and Hatha Yoga, but little did I know that I would one day become a Yoga Instructor.
