Royal Nursing Home wins the award for the Best Social Care Service Provider in the Health Services Management Sector at the South Asian Business Excellence Awards 2025

The award ceremony, held recently at the glamorous Cinnamon Life City of Dreams, was graced by the Ambassadors of Pakistan and Nepal and the High Commissioner of India. Representing Royal Nursing Home, Deputy General Manager Mr. Samila Nuwanpitiya, Accountant Mr. Susanta Wijerathna, and Resident Manager Mr. Mahesh Aranayake proudly received the award on behalf of the organisation.

The annual free eye and hearing screening program for the senior residents of our Nursing Home Network was successfully held this time as well at the main hall of the Mount Lavinia Branch. For this program, we partnered with Vision Care, Sri Lanka’s leading and professionally experienced private eye-care institution.

For the first time in Sri Lanka, the country’s largest nursing service institution, Royal Nursing Home (Pvt) Ltd, today launched a software and computer networking system at the main hall of the Mount Lavinia Nursing Home branch. Through this system, the daily activities and medical records of resident senior citizens/patients are entered by nurses into computers using digital technology without the use of paper, while the accuracy, monitoring, and analysis of the data are ensured through AI generated reports
