Sinaam Unani Nursing Home – Kurunegala is looking for a friendly, responsible and caring Customer Service Representative to manage Phone + WhatsApp inquiries from patients.

Job Role:
✅ Attend incoming phone calls & WhatsApp calls
✅ Respond to WhatsApp messages promptly and politely
✅ Book appointments for doctors and therapies
✅ Provide basic clinic information (address, doctor availability, booking details)
✅ Maintain daily appointment record and reports

🕘 Working Hours
Daily: 9.00 AM – 9.00 PM
🏠 Work From Home

Requirements:
🔹 Female preferred
🔹 Must speak Tamil & English fluently
🔹 Sinhala speaking is an advantage
🔹 Good communication & patient handling skills
🔹 Ability to type & respond fast on WhatsApp
🔹 Honest, disciplined, kind and responsible
🔹 Prior experience in customer service / clinic / call center is an advantage
