Poor Study Methods: Are You Sabotaging Your Own Success? 🤯📚
Relying on last-minute cramming, passively highlighting textbooks, and skipping practice problems feels productive now, but it's a recipe for burnout and mediocre grades! These methods waste your time and don't build real understanding.

🚫 Stop passive reading and highlighting!
✅ Start using Active Recall (quiz yourself!) and Spaced Repetition (review material over time).
🚫 Stop cramming the night before!
✅ Start breaking study sessions into shorter, focused blocks (like the Pomodoro Technique).
🚫 Stop studying only what you like!
✅ Start tackling your most difficult subjects first when your mind is freshest.

Switch from studying hard to studying smart! Give your brain the tools it needs to truly learn and retain information.
