🔍 මොකක්ද Dry Eye කියන්නේ?

අපේ ඇස්ට tears (කඳුළු) layer එකක් තියෙනවා. මේක:
• ඇස් තෙතමනයෙන් තබාගන්න
• දූවිලි වලින් ආරක්ෂා කරනවා
• clear vision එකක් දෙන්න උදව් කරනවා

මේ layer එක හරි ලෙස වැඩ නොකලොත් → Dry Eye condition එක.

⚠️ Symptoms (ලක්ෂණ)
• ඇස් වියළි වීම 😣
• ඇස් තුළ දහඩිය වගේ feeling (burning sensation)
• රතු වීම
• itch / කැකෑම
• blur vision (පැහැදිලි නොවීම)
• computer/mobile බලද්දී ඉක්මනින් අසනීප වීම
• paradoxically tears වැටෙනවා (watery eyes)
