The first time we planted garlic was in 2021 with about 3000 bulbs and saved almost all of it for next season seed. The following year we did +/-23 000 which we sold a very small portion and still managed to save seeds because of a disaster. In 2023, we planted +/-33 000 and our sales we amazing. We then scaled down production to allow our soil to rest from garlic in 2024. We did the same for 2025..

We are increasing production again next year because the plan is to plant a MILLION bulbs in 2027. It's a big call but we are pushing towards that and the plan was initiated in early 2024 and it's moving quite slowly since we had to work regeneratively on the soil we aquired about 3/4 years ago... we don't want to be using any chemical fertilizers in that soil like we are doing in the current plot. Lastly, after 2027 there will always be garlic here... we apologize for not delivering to you this past year.

The whole vision is termed ..... we want it to be big and with the support we get from all the people here we are hopeful that it's going to be a success.
