Children don’t become spoiled or undisciplined by accident, it is the outcome of repeated parenting errors, lack of boundaries, or misdirected love. Raising a child with wisdom, love, correction, and consistency requires intentional effort.

i don't think people understand…anxiety is so painful…it actually physically hurts.

anxiety isn’t just “in your head.” It tightens your chest, twists your stomach, makes your heart race, and leaves your body feeling like it’s under attack even when nothing’s happening.

When it comes to therapy do it for yourself, attend your sessions some days you will feel better, other days you will take few steps back but once you are done etloka you have just bought a new body, new mind, new character. Do it for your well being.

Couples going for counseling/therapy is not proof your marriage is failing or that you are bad people, infact it's exactly the opposite, I would be worried about any couple that has never gotten counsel or coaching
