At the Herbalife Summer Spectacular, October 18th weekend, we celebrated 30 years of Herbalife in Southern Africa, I ran my best 10K of the year 🏃🏽‍♂️🔥

I pushed myself, learned, laughed — and grew. Then just as I crossed the finish line, my watch crashed😭

No data. No record. No proof. Just sweat, joy, and one big lesson:

🌍Where there is a will, there is always a way. Tomorrow, we kick off our Online Marathon Game, and I’m reminded of the power of persistence.

Edison didn’t stop at failure. Mandela didn’t stop in prison. Both continued to move forward until their vision became reality.

🌧️ This morning’s run was a whole movie.

Light rain. Cold breeze. That small voice whispering, “E re ke robe feela, just today, it’s drizzling.” 😅
But then I remembered — if I don’t do this run, no one will do it for me.

So I went out for a 4K tempo, splashing puddles like I owned the road.
Ended up with muddy shoes (and a muddy tights 😭) but also one of my best runs in weeks!

Not worried about catching a cold though — I’ve got my Herbalife ProCore & F1 Shake on standby 💪🏽
Ha ke tšoaroe sefuba sena sentseng se le fefola ha bobebe — immune system e le bulletproof 🔥

If you ever need that “rain-run courage,” I can share a sachet of ProCore with you 😉
Also… anyone inventing mudguards for runners yet? Asking for a friend and two very brown socks 😭

🚀 The grind before the glory! Yesterday I completed a 6K progression run, and tomorrow I’ll lock in with my final tempo session. All roads now lead to the Minet Independence Marathon this weekend. What makes it even more special? Running as our country celebrates Lesotho’s Independence 🇱🇸✨. It’s more than a race — it’s about strength, freedom, and the joy of pushing beyond limits. Let’s go, Team Lesotho! 💚💙
