These comprehensive services are designed to meet the diverse healthcare needs of individuals and organisations.
Role Description
We are recruiting for three (3) Occupational Health Nurse positions. These are full-time, on-site role located in Lesotho. The Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing medical care, health assessments, and emergency treatment to employees. Daily tasks include conducting health screenings, managing chronic illnesses, coordinating with medical facilities, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The role also involves health education and promotion, as well as maintaining accurate health records and reports.
Qualifications
• Certificate or diploma in Occupational Health Nursing, along with a relevant Diploma in general nursing and other relevant certifications.
• Strong skills in medical care, including providing health assessments and emergency treatment
• Experience in managing chronic illnesses and conducting health screenings
• Ability to coordinate with medical facilities and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Proficiency in health education and promotion
• Excellent record-keeping and report-writing abilities
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently in an on-site setting
• Experience in occupational health or a related field is highly preferred

Company Description
Vitality Hospital Management Services T/A Vitality Health specializing in pre-hospital emergency medical care. We are committed to delivering high-quality emergency care through innovative EMS systems and regional hospital integration. We’re recruiting five (5) qualified Advanced Life Support (ALS) Paramedics for a three-year fixed-term contract.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Advanced Life Support Paramedic located in Lesotho. The paramedic will be responsible for:
• Deliver rapid pre-hospital care in emergency settings
• Perform ALS interventions (intubation, drug administration, cardiac monitoring)
• Collaborate with command centre operators, hospital teams, and EMS personnel
• Maintain detailed patient and incident records
• Support cross-border operations aligned with regional protocols
• Engage in drills, continuing education, and performance reviews

Qualifications
• Bachelor of Health Sciences (BHSc) degree in Emergency Medical Care / Certified ALS Paramedic (HPCSA or equivalent regional board)
• Familiarity with CAD and ePCR systems
• Valid Code 10 driver’s license + defensive driving certificate
• Fluency in English; multilingual skills advantageous
• Experience with Lesotho–South Africa EMS operations preferred
