Are You Drinking Nutrients or Just Sugar?

Winter is coming… Are the drinks you’re taking boosting your health or weakening it?

Many people reach for cold, sugary drinks but those don’t strengthen the body, especially during winter.

At Natural Care, we believe that food and drinks should act as medicine — especially in winter, when the body needs extra strength to fight fatigue, flu, and infections.

Winter-friendly drinks should:
• Contain immune-boosting nutrients
• Help reduce inflammation and warm the body
• Support gut health and blood nourishment

Examples of winter-powerful plants and fruits:
• Pomegranate – rich in antioxidants to fight disease
• Rose hip – loaded with natural vitamin C
• Elderberries & blackberries – powerful immune boosters
• Prickly pear – helps cleanse the blood and increase energy

Our Natural Care Health Boost Syrup combines all these in one — not just a drink, but pure nourishment and protection

As temperatures drop, keeping your immune system strong is key. Here’s what to focus on this winter:

Vitamin C: Strengthen your immune system with citrus fruits, bell peppers, and leafy greens.

Zinc: Add beans, nuts, seeds, and shellfish to support immune function.

Vitamin D: Include fatty fish, eggs, and fortified foods to boost immunity.

B Vitamins: Keep your energy levels up with whole grains, leafy greens, and legumes.

Antioxidants: Protect your cells with berries, carrots, sweet potatoes, and nuts
