Social media is buzzing about the sudden death of HHP. Not so long ago he publicly expressed his battle with depression, did we listen, did we do anything to display compassion, understanding and gave him words of encouragement......NO WE DIDN'T. He is gone, he is no more and only now do we share how great he was, how the music industry won't be the same without, we call him a legend........

I may not be HHP, I may just be a lay person, but I consider you a friend......I keep telling you I'm not coping, I keep expressing how worthless I feel, how overwhelmed I am feeling and you keep telling me to be strong, that it shall pass, you call me weak and YES I AM and that's why I need you. Please listen.......I don't want to be strong, I'm exhausted, hear my plea for help....I can't do this anymore.......

It may be Jabba today, but tomorrow it may be someone very dear to you. Our loved ones are dying in silence, break the stigma around mental health.......

We often use the term depression to express our melancholy, however, being clinically depressed is not just feeling or experiencing overwhelming sadness, it is a condition or illness that's affecting our society more than we willing to appreciate/acknowledge.
We all know someone who is or has been depressed, we all know someone who has attempted or committed su***de. Depression is a silent killer because we are misinformed, ignorant and mostly because we afraid of the prejudice.
