Today is International Pancake Day!
We have prepared an outstanding recipe for extremely healthy pancakes to enjoy! 4 easy steps and low carb, no sugar pancakes are ready 🥞

Ingredients you need:
2 medium ripe bananas (best when they have lots of brown spots)
2 eggs
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ½ cups old fashioned rolled oats, gluten free if desired
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon salt
Olive oil, for cooking

Instructions
1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend on high until completely smooth, about 30 seconds to 1 minute. Let the batter sit in your blender while you heat your pan up.
2. Lightly coat a griddle with coconut oil, vegan butter or olive oil and place over medium heat. Once pan is hot, add 1/3 cup of the batter to the griddle for each pancake and cook for 2-4 minutes until pancakes slightly puff up and you see a few bubbles along the edges.
3. Flip cakes and cook until golden brown on underside. If you find that pancakes are browning too quickly then you need to lower the heat. I normally start on medium heat, then decrease to medium low later so that my pancakes don't burn. If at any point your griddle starts smoking, it means your pan is too hot.
4.Wipe skillet clean and repeat with more oil and remaining batter. Makes 9 pancakes total.

There is the same answer not depending on your level of fitness. ‼
If you are doing fitness semi professionally or professionally, you need fitness bracelet to track your pulse.💪
If you have only started, you need fitness bracelet to track your pulse. 💪
In any situation, with tracking your health is better than without.
Just imagine, when you start blogging, do you consider, whether you need Instagram or not? When you start drawing, do you consider, whether you need a pen or not? It is the same with sport and fitness, fitness tracker/bracelet/watch is the instrument to track your health not only when your working out, but all other time when you wear it.
Do consider purchasing any fitness bracelet, if you start caring about your health. There are option that are not expensive and do its job perfectly.

Unless you spend everyday at least one hour at the gym, short answer is no.
BCAA are amino acids that helps your muscles restore better and faster. It is aimed for professional athletes to stay active longer, it will not bring any substantial change to someone who does light workout few times a week.
Our advice is to do the blood test and consult with professional doctors before taking any supplements.

Should I buy more vitamins? I go to the gym twice a week and my trainer suggested to buy special growth vitamins.
In short - probably not.
When you are eating healthy and fulfilling products, you would probably still need additional vitamins.
Better go to the doctor, do analysis and the doctor will tell you what to add.
If you're too lazy for that, multivitamins should be enough.
Vitamins from sport shops are more for people who are professionals in it and know their own body.

- Wear more layers of clothes. Even if you think it's warm, better take off one layer when you feel hot.
-Drink warming drinks. It's a Pumkin Spice season! Get the best of it, while you can.
- Do sports and fitness. Doing sport is helping your immune system to fight against viruses.
- Wear mask more often. It will save you not only from most popular diseas, but from all other viruses.
- Eat more warm food. When your body feels warm, no weather can change your plans!

Do I need to start using additional protein? My personal trainer is suggesting to take additional protein.
In short - probably not.
If you only have started doing fitness or you have found new personal trainer and he/she is constantly talking that you need to consume additional supplements, the most commonly he is just trying to sell you supplements. Most trainers receive shares and royalties when their clients buy supplements from them.
BUT if you think that is not the case, most people don't need additional supplements, healthy eating and counting macros is enough.
ONLY when you have been eating good, receive enough protein from your food and your muscles still not growing, ONLY then you can start consuming additional protein.
