If you are looking for the beat and sweat of fitness conditioning and the inversions and playfulness of aerial yoga, our Suspension Fitness class might be your next try!

In this classe we use a suspension trainer, which is a system with a hammock, straps and handles. Along with upbeat songs, we incorporate elements of fitness, pilates, acrobatics with focus on the breath. Pulling action plays a major role. Let’s get stronger 💪

Suspension fitness classes are a great way to help you build strength, flexibility, balance and provide additional benefits of inversion therapy.
