*We heard your feedback and added a "Thrive Lite" option with Group Classes only. This is why we are resharing our updated subscription and class pack options with you.*

Our original caption: We wanted to share a little update with our community🫶🏻

Starting December 3rd, we’re refreshing our membership structure so we can continue offering the small-group, high-quality classes you know and love.
If you’re currently on an Unlimited Membership, nothing changes for you yet — your plan stays exactly as it is until your contract is complete. Unlimited contracts that have already finished will remain active until 31 December 2025.
We’re also switching to a new booking system soon to give you a smoother experience. Don’t worry, we’ll handle the full migration for you, so you won’t need to do anything.

Our website is currently being updated to reflect all these changes, but we wanted to keep our community informed already.

As always, we’re here to help you choose the option that best supports your training and your goals, so please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions!

Our Mat Teacher Training has officially come to an end - and what a beautiful journey it has been. ✨

Over the past weeks, we watched a room full of dedicated movers grow, connect, and deepen their understanding of Pilates. Thank you to every participant who showed up with curiosity, intention, and heart. You made this training truly special.

A huge thank you to Michael Bhealthy Pilates Studio Brussels & Therapy Center , who guided the group with so much knowledge, clarity, and passion. We’re grateful for your expertise and for bringing Balanced Body education to life here at Thrive.

One thing this training reminded us of: education is at the core of who we are.
At Thrive, learning never stops, not for our students, and not for our teachers. You may have noticed a few familiar faces in the room; many of our instructors joined the training as well. Their commitment to continually expanding their skills is one of the reasons our studio holds such high standards.

We’re proud that Thrive is the only Balanced Body, Inc. Training Center in Luxembourg, and even more proud of the growing community of thoughtful, dedicated teachers we’re building together.

Thank you for being part of this chapter. Here’s to learning, growing, and thriving. Always 🤍

Our hearts are so full! Thank you to our amazing clients and teachers for an unforgettable first year at Thrive Gonderange. You’ve turned our studio into so much more than a space for movement—it’s become a community full of laughter, support, and joy.

We can hardly believe it’s already been a year since we opened our doors in Gonderange! 💚 This milestone wouldn’t have been possible without you — our amazing community. Your support, energy, and smiles have made Thrive what it is today.

To say thank you, we’re hosting a little celebration on 31 October at 6 PM . Expect cake, bubbles, prizes, and lots of good vibes!
