Superproud of our Silverbacks teams performance at the nationals. We had 16 athletes at the competition - ranging from 17 till 72 in age - many amazing PRs were set - many National records were established by them - and to top it of - our 2 silverbacks Emma and Mirco won the best lifter awards. Many happy faces from both athletes and their respective coaches and trainers.

Many thanks to all volunteers that helped at organising, warmup, platform coaching, spotting/ loading, score keeping, catering, referees, housekeeping, building up and cleaning up the venue - it is amazing to see how many people are needed to pull off such an event - and it is impressive to see so many enthusiast people dedicating a whole Sunday towards this.

Proud to have the silverbacks team at the ATC gym - and being part of the PWF lux federation team.

Next stop is the equipped nationals on 18 Jan at the ATC gym.

Tomorrow at 11:00 the silverbacks and Hamm teams are competing as part of the Luxembourg equipped powerlift team at the Benelux competition - in Hamm Luxembourg.

The competition is held during Saturday 22 and Sunday 23rd Nov - as of 11:00 ! Come a support the team - entry is free.

Hence we carefully evaluate and slowly but surely expanded over the last 10 years since we started - with equipment that really makes sports sense.

As a next move we purchased these 2 versatile apparatus from .de - we already own 4 machines from them - and so happy with the ruggedness that no doubt these machines will again fit right in to our robust training environment.
