As November slips into winter, we were savoring these last golden moments of autumn. Working out with the bold colours, crisp air and strong women kept the energy high.

⭐ For the last 3 weeks before our winter break, we decided to add even more FUN to the workouts by starting our *Advent FUN Challenge*: every week we will introduce one challenge to you, testing our balance and strength while keeping the amusement level high. 😁 ⭐

DYI: ISOTONIC DRINK 🍹

☀️ With this weather it is crucial to properly hydrate when exercising.
Here is our coach Séverine's recipe for a great isotonic drink, to prepare yourself on the day of the workout.

- 150ml of good quality fruit juice (pineapple, apple, raisins, blueberries, ..)
- juice of 1 lemon
- 2g salt
- 30g agave syrup or honey
- 500ml water

🍋 Mix the fruit juice and the lemon juice in a pot, and bring to boil. Remove from heat, add syrup / honey, and salt. Mix well, and add water.

It might taste very salty (and not delicious) while preparing, but once you have started working out and sweating (demineralising), your body will need it and it will taste better 😋

Please note: do only prepare it on the day of the workout, not in advance, and also only drink it DURING the workout, not before or after.

July was all about getting outside and active. Every squat, lunge, and plank pushed us toward stronger bodies and stronger minds. YOU showed up, and you brought your little ones along for the ride. 💥

From giggles and snacks on the sidelines to tiny high-fives after cooldowns, this month proved that fitness can be family time. 💚
