A guided class to deepen your understanding of the Ashtanga method at a calm, accessible pace.
🌙 NEW CLASS
✨ Warm Gentle Yoga & Meditation – Winter/Spring ✨
🗓 Thursday | 19:00–20:00
A warm, gentle practice blending Yin-inspired long-held postures with soft, mindful movement to ease seasonal stiffness and gradually increase flexibility.
We move slowly to warm the body, then settle into deeper, supported stretches.
🧘♀️ The final 10 minutes are dedicated to meditation, allowing the body to fully rest and integrate the practice.
Props are encouraged to support comfort and ease.
💛 Suitable for all levels, especially supportive during Winter and early Spring.
