Meet Alicia ✨
Her Pilates journey began in 2024 with a deep curiosity about body awareness and mindful movement. She completed her Teacher Training at Pilates Evidence in Madrid in 2025, specialising in Mat Pilates and pregnancy & postpartum movement. Her classes combine sculpt-focused work with slow, controlled movement, focusing on alignment, posture and strength to help you deepen body awareness. Originally from Valencia and also a biotechnology engineer, Alicia is passionate about women’s health and balanced movement.

Join her new Mat Pilates class - Wednesdays & Fridays at 18:00.

✨ Warm Gentle Yoga & Meditation – Winter/Spring ✨
🗓 Thursday | 19:00–20:00

A warm, gentle practice blending Yin-inspired long-held postures with soft, mindful movement to ease seasonal stiffness and gradually increase flexibility.
We move slowly to warm the body, then settle into deeper, supported stretches.

🧘‍♀️ The final 10 minutes are dedicated to meditation, allowing the body to fully rest and integrate the practice.
Props are encouraged to support comfort and ease.

💛 Suitable for all levels, especially supportive during Winter and early Spring.

Shireley’s yoga journey began in 2013 through a friend’s recommendation. Initially, she practiced to improve flexibility and balance to complement her passion for dance and other physical activities. Over time, she noticed deeper changes: greater strength, confidence, and calmness. A profound moment of peace during practice sparked a lasting connection with yoga. Shireley is grateful to have discovered the transformative power of yoga, especially during some challenging periods in her life. Her practice began as a physical exercise but has evolved into a journey of self-discovery and healing.
Her classes are all about mindfulness and connection with the inner self, encouraging students to discover their unique path through their own personal experience.
