What is Yan Shou Gong (YSG)?

Translated as The Art Of Longevity, YSG is a type of Nei Gong (Qi Gong) which emphasizes the development of internal energies and the mind. It also teaches how to perform techniques such as Grounding, Rooting and Centering, as well as creating awareness and mindfulness of being in the body.

It was created by 2 Grandmasters who condensed the best parts of 2 original Nei Gong systems practiced in Shaolin Temple: WuJi (36 forms) and Luohan Ruyi (108 forms).

The 5A is a southern chinese martial art that consists of principles and techniques from five styles:
- the breathing methods and iron body of Bodhidharma
- the posture and dynamic power of Luohan
