1 Year of Kinésithérapie Aldringen 🎉

One year ago, I started this adventure and I honestly didn’t imagine that our team would grow so quickly and work so well together.
Today, we’re already 3 passionate physiotherapists sharing the same vision.

We are truly grateful for the opportunity to help so many people, to guide them in their recovery, and to give them the tools they need for a healthier everyday life.

What will never change is our commitment to evidence-based treatments and to putting the well-being of our patients at the center of everything we do.

This is only the beginning — we still have exciting projects ahead that we can’t wait to share with you!

Some words about Sophie:

I’m Sophie Kruchten, a licensed physiotherapist dedicated to supporting patients in regaining strength and improving their quality of life. I studied Physiotherapy in Vienna, where I gained a solid academic foundation and practical expertise.
During my training, I completed internships in a wide range of medical fields, which gave me a broad understanding of different therapeutic approaches. After graduating, I worked for two years in Vienna, mainly with orthopedic and neurological patients. These experiences shaped my professional focus and taught me the importance of adapting therapy to each person’s individual needs, as well as the value of empathy and clear communication in the healing process.
In addition, I completed a Master’s degree in “Health Assisting Engineering”, which enriched my understanding of health and technology and further broadened my professional perspective.
Physiotherapy for me means helping people move more freely and improving their quality of life. My goal is to provide individualized and holistic treatments, always tailored to each patient’s specific needs. I am committed to continuous learning and professional growth, so I can continue offering high-quality, evidence-based therapies that truly make a difference.

We are excited to welcome Adib, a passionate and highly skilled physiotherapist, to our team!

Here’s what Adib has to say about his journey and approach to physiotherapy:

I am Adib NSIER, a licensed physiotherapist, passionate about supporting and promoting the well-being of my patients. After obtaining my Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy at LUNEX University in Luxembourg, I continued my studies with a Master’s degree in General Physiotherapy at ISEK Higher Education in Brussels.

During my training, I had the opportunity to undertake enriching internships in various specialties: orthopedics, traumatology, chronic pathologies, cardiology, respiratory rehabilitation, geriatrics, and pediatrics. These experiences, split between France and Belgium, allowed me to develop a comprehensive view of physiotherapy, with diverse approaches and methods.

My goal is to assist you in your rehabilitation or your pursuit of better physical balance, providing care tailored to your specific needs. I am committed to continually improving my skills through regular training to stay at the forefront of advancements in the field and offer you high-quality care.
