I realized in the late 1990's that there was collusion going on between media and food industry to cover up causes of heart disease, skin cancer, obesity, etc... Plus Big Pharma's role was gradually starting to increase particularly as it relates to advertising revenue after the FTC and FDA rule rule change allowing DTC advertisting. So this wasn't any surprise to me. I was working in the TV industry at the time. So I had some inside perspective on it. Plus the deliberate dumbing down process that would take place in the form of shorted editing, propaganda and just spoon feeding public with official narratives from the authority figures without questioning anything.

In 2016, a historical analysis published in JAMA Internal Medicine revealed that the sugar industry, specifically the Sugar Research Foundation (SRF), paid Harvard scientists in the 1960s to publish a literature review that shifted the blame for heart disease from sugar to saturated fat and cholesterol.

🗂️Key Findings of the 2016 Report:

📑Strategic Funding: In 1965, the SRF initiated “Project 226,” a literature review aimed at refuting emerging evidence that linked sugar (sucrose) to coronary heart disease (CHD).

đź“‘Financial Incentive: The SRF paid three Harvard scientists a total of $6,500 (equivalent to roughly $50,000 in 2016 dollars) to conduct the review.

📑Direct Influence: Internal documents show that the SRF’s vice president, John Hickson, selected the papers for the scientists to review and made it clear that the goal was to favor sugar. One of the lead researchers, D. Mark Hegsted, reassured the industry, stating, “We are well aware of your particular interest... and will cover this as well as we can”.

📑Intentional Bias: The 1967 NEJM review dismissed studies linking sugar to heart disease as “weak” while giving far more weight to evidence implicating saturated fat. It concluded that the only necessary dietary intervention to prevent heart disease was reducing cholesterol and substituting polyunsaturated fat for saturated fat.

Circumcision, male ge***al mutilation, is a satanic humiliation blood ritual. It is partial child ge***al sacrifice to Moloch. Foreskins are sold, so it’s child organ trafficking. Also, significant trauma at birth causes brain damage and allows for easier mind control.

General anesthesia is not used on newborns. They are awake. They sometimes go into shock and are said to be “asleep.” It is excruciatingly painful as the fo****in is adhered to the g***s at birth. It is ripped apart with a metal probe, clamped with a metal clamp, and cut off. It removes 10,000-20,000 nerve endings and the frenulum.

Watch a YouTube video if you are unaware of what Americans have been doing to baby boys for a century. Make sure the sound is up. This is not legal in most other countries. It wasn’t outlawed for girls in the US until 1996.

Circumcision is barbaric and cruel. It is no wonder so many American men are violent towards women. Their unknowing mothers failed to protect them from this torture. The trauma may not be consciously remembered, but it is stored in the body for life.

Circumcision is NOT a Christian ritual. There are plenty of New Testament verses about it. If you are a believer, Christ said not to harm children, and Paul stated that physical circumcision is of no use. Also, the cut that Jews of the OT used wasn’t as damaging as what is done in American hospitals and doctor’s offices.

If a man thinks it “looks” better, he can have it done after age 18. At that time, men get anesthesia and pain pills, and the fo****in doesn’t have to be ripped from the g***s. Also, if a man doesn’t shower regularly, he can be circumcised instead to prevent issues.

Circumcision is a cosmetic surgery. No one should be performing cosmetic surgery on a child, especially a newborn. Only pedophiles are so concerned with the looks of a child’s ge***als.

*There is normally no medical reason to do this. It does not prevent any disease or infections for babies. Circumcision is not recommended by the AAP or WHO.

**It is estimated that over 100 American baby boys die each year from blood loss, heart attacks, and other complications due to circumcision. Many are severely botched and have to be redone. Some boys have lost their entire p***s.

This is the most evil act done to babies in the United States. It is extreme sexual assault and ge***al mutilation of a newborn. As it is now, it is up to mothers to say “NO.” Please don’t let this be your son’s first experience on earth.

A growing body of research suggests that trees may be suffering from long-term exposure to radiofrequency radiation emitted by cell phone towers.

A nine-year German study showed trees closest to towers experienced greater damage, especially on the side facing the source.

Other research links RF radiation to reduced growth, leaf injury, and oxidative stress in plants.

While the radiation is non-ionizing and the science remains debated, trees are continuously exposed and unable to move away, making them vulnerable. As wireless networks expand, concerns over their ecological impact are rising.

Frozen blueberries can indeed be healthier than fresh ones due to their increased concentration of anthocyanins, powerful antioxidants with anti-inflammatory properties.

Anthocyanins, responsible for the fruit’s deep blue color, combat oxidative stress and inflammation, potentially reducing the risk of chronic diseases like heart disease and cancer. When blueberries are frozen, the freezing process breaks down cell walls, making these compounds more bioavailable.

This means the body can absorb them more effectively compared to fresh blueberries, where anthocyanins remain more bound within the fruit’s structure.

Studies suggest that freezing enhances anthocyanin content by up to 50% in some cases, as the process concentrates these compounds while preserving the fruit’s nutritional integrity. Freezing also halts enzymatic activity that degrades nutrients over time in fresh produce, locking in vitamins like C and A, as well as fiber.

Unlike fresh blueberries, which may lose nutrients during transport or storage, frozen ones are typically processed at peak ripeness, ensuring maximum nutrient retention. Additionally, frozen blueberries are convenient, available year-round, and often more affordable, making them an accessible health food.

While both fresh and frozen blueberries are nutritious, the freezing process gives frozen ones an edge in delivering disease-fighting antioxidants, particularly anthocyanins, making them a potent choice for health-conscious diets.
