🌀 YOGA + DANCE 🌀

Join us on SUNDAY 21 December, for an uplifting yoga & dance gathering before we head into our small Christmas break.

We’ll begin with a slow 75-minute yoga flow, creating space to unwind and soothe the body and mind during this busy season. To support this, we’ll offer Zenthai Shiatsu-inspired touch throughout the practice.

After class, N.rico will start his DJ set, giving you room to dance, chill, or simply enjoy the music.

Snacks and non-alcoholic drinks will be provided.
