Try These Mini Cauliflower Tortillas --->

You'll need:
• 1 head cauliflower
• ½ tsp salt
• 2 eggs
• ½ tsp pepper

Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F. Line a tray with parchment paper.
Blend cauliflower until very fine. Microwave with salt for 5 min.
Squeeze out ALL moisture using a towel or cheesecloth.
Mix cauliflower with eggs + pepper. Form 6 balls, flatten into mini tortillas.
Bake 20 min, flipping halfway.
Lightly toast in a non-stick pan on both sides.

Serve with
Cheese, meat & greens — or turn them into mini pizzas. 🍕

It takes just 15 minutes and oh my god — it’s so good.
Try this creamy taco soup for yourself 🌮🥣

You'll need:

0.5 lb ground beef
0.5 large bell pepper, chopped
14 oz canned tomatoes (no sugar added)
2 cups beef broth
0.5 tbsp taco seasoning
4 oz cream cheese

For topping:
Avocado, shredded cheese, cilantro

Instructions

In a large pot over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Drain excess fat if needed.
Add the bell pepper, canned tomatoes, beef broth, and taco seasoning. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and let simmer for 10 minutes.
Add the cream cheese and stir until fully melted and smooth.
Serve hot and top with avocado, shredded cheese, and cilantro.

Why Weight Loss Looks Different for Women❓

For many women, weight loss is not a straight line.

Even when you’re eating well, staying consistent, and doing “everything right,” the scale can still move up and down. That doesn’t mean progress stopped.

⚠️ Women’s weight naturally fluctuates because of water retention, which is strongly influenced by hormones and the menstrual cycle. Stress, sleep, sodium, and workouts can all affect it too.

So a higher number on the scale doesn’t automatically mean fat gain.
Often, it’s just your body holding onto water temporarily. 💧

✅ Progress for women looks more like:
