āHello! Iām GaĆ©tan ā a certified Wim Hof Method instructor from France, now living in Estonia, where the cold lakes and northern air helped me discover my own inner strength. Coming from a background in civil engineering and years as a basketball player and coach, Iāve always loved challenge and discipline ā but the Wim Hof Method took me deeper. Through breathing, cold, and mindset, I found resilience, calm, and a powerful connection to myself and nature. Now, I guide others to experience the same transformation.
The Wim Hof Method is a natural path to feeling stronger, calmer, and healthier, both mentally and physically. The method harnesses the power of cold, breath, and mindset to unlock resilience and reconnect us with our inner strength.
In this workshop, weāll explore the three pillars of the Wim Hof Method ā breathwork, cold exposure, and mindset ā through science, practice, and feeling. Youāll move, breathe deeply, experience a guided breathing journey, and (optionally) step into an ice bath in a safe-held space. This is a chance to relieve stress, boost energy, improve resilience, and reconnect with your inner power. Movement or yoga elements will help us prepare the body gently before the deep breathwork.
