It takes just 15 minutes and oh my god — it’s so good.
Try this creamy taco soup for yourself 🌮🥣
You'll need:
0.5 lb ground beef
0.5 large bell pepper, chopped
14 oz canned tomatoes (no sugar added)
2 cups beef broth
0.5 tbsp taco seasoning
4 oz cream cheese
For topping:
Avocado, shredded cheese, cilantro
Instructions
In a large pot over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Drain excess fat if needed.
Add the bell pepper, canned tomatoes, beef broth, and taco seasoning. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and let simmer for 10 minutes.
Add the cream cheese and stir until fully melted and smooth.
Serve hot and top with avocado, shredded cheese, and cilantro.
