انطلق الأسبوع الماضي بحماس مع بداية الاجتماعات الدورية، حيث استهلّت الإدارة أولى اجتماعاتها، تلتها اجتماعات اللجان الخمس، إيذانًا ببدء مرحلة جديدة من العمل والأنشطة.✨

شهدت هذه الاجتماعات مناقشة آلية العمل للفترة القادمة، ووضع الأسس التنظيمية التي ستسير عليها كل لجنة، إلى جانب مراجعة اللوائح الداخلية وحقوق الأعضاء بما يضمن بيئة عمل واضحة ومنظمة.

كما تم التطرق إلى آلية الاشتراك في العضوية وتجديدها، واستعراض الخطط والفعاليات التي سيتم العمل عليها خلال الشهر المقبل.

وتأتي هذه الخطوة ضمن مسار تعزيز التنظيم الداخلي ورفع مستوى التنسيق بين اللجان، بما يضمن سير العمل بكفاءة وتحقيق الأهداف المرجوة، في بداية موسم حافل بالأنشطة، فكونوا بالقرب لمتابعة كل ما هو قادم.🤩

Last week kicked off with enthusiasm as the regular meetings began. The administration held its first meeting, followed by the meetings of the five committees, marking the start of a new phase of work and activities. ✨

These meetings focused on discussing the workflow for the upcoming period and establishing the organizational foundations that each committee will follow, along with reviewing internal regulations and members’ rights to ensure a clear and well-structured working environment.

The discussion also covered membership procedures, including how to join and renew memberships, in addition to outlining the plans and activities scheduled for the upcoming month.

This step comes as part of strengthening internal organization and enhancing coordination across committees, ensuring efficient workflow and the achievement of our goals. With a season full of activities just beginning, stay tuned for what’s coming next. 🤩

أُقيم أمس لقاء تدريبي أونلاين ضمّ الإدارة ورؤساء ونواب اللجان الخمس، قدّمته الأمين العام إيمان الدناع، بهدف تنظيم آلية العمل للفترة القادمة.

تم خلال اللقاء مناقشة كيفية عقد الاجتماعات الدورية داخل اللجان، وآلية تقديم مقترحات الفعاليات سواء بشكل فردي أو بالتعاون بين اللجان، إضافةً إلى نظام تسجيل الحضور والغياب واحتساب ساعات العمل التطوعي، وآلية تقييم الفعاليات بعد تنفيذها لضمان التطوير المستمر.

كما قدّمت رئيسة الفرع ياسمين الفرجاني تعريفًا بمنظمة IFMSA ودورها على المستوى الدولي.

واختُتم اللقاء بالتأكيد على أهمية الالتزام بالإجراءات الإدارية بما يضمن حفظ حقوق الإدارة والأعضاء وتعزيز بيئة عمل منظمة وفعّالة.

Yesterday, an online training session was held bringing together the administration, along with the heads and vice heads of the five committees. The session was delivered by the Secretary General, Iman Al-Denaa, with the aim of organizing the workflow for the upcoming period.

During the session, discussions covered how to conduct regular committee meetings, the process of submitting event proposals—whether individually or in collaboration with other committees—as well as the system for recording attendance, calculating volunteer working hours, and evaluating events after implementation to ensure continuous improvement.

The Branch President, Yasmin Al-Farjani, also delivered an introduction to IFMSA and its role on the international level.

The session concluded with an emphasis on the importance of adhering to administrative procedures to safeguard the rights of both the administration and members, and to promote a structured and effective working environment.

شهدت المقابلات قبولًا رائعًا وإقبالًا لافتًا خلال الأيام الثلاثة، مما يعكس حرص الطلبة على المشاركة والعمل بروح المبادرة والانتماء.

نتمنى التوفيق لجميع المتقدمين، وسيتم خلال الفترة القادمة إرسال رسائل القبول عبر البريد الإلكتروني للمقبولين.

واختُتمت الفعالية بتقديم شهادات تكريم للإدارة السابقة، ولكل من ساهم في نجاح ودعم LMSA، تقديرًا لجهودهم وعطائهم الذي كان له أثر بالغ في مسيرة الجمعية.

جاء هذا التكريم تعبيرًا عن الامتنان والاعتزاز بكل من أسهم في بناء هذه المسيرة، وترسيخ قيم العمل الجماعي والالتزام والتميّز، مؤكدين أن ما تحقق من إنجازات لم يكن ليرى النور لولا تضافر الجهود وروح الفريق الواحد.

لقد كانت جهودهم حجر الأساس في استمرارية العمل وتطوّره، ورافدًا مهمًا في تعزيز مكانة LMSA ودورها الفاعل داخل المجتمع الطبي.🤍

The event concluded with the presentation of certificates of appreciation to the previous administration and to everyone who contributed to the success and support of LMSA, in recognition of their efforts and dedication, which had a significant impact on the association’s journey.

شهدت الفعالية أجواءً مميّزة وحافلةً بالفعاليات، عكست روح الحماس والانتماء التي تميّز عائلة LMSA.🤍

استُهلّ اليوم بتعريف شامل عن الجمعية ولجانها الخمس، حيث قدّم رؤساء اللجان ونوابهم عرضًا موجزًا عن مهام كل لجنة وأهدافها، ودورها في تعزيز العمل الطلابي وصناعة أثرٍ فعّال داخل المجتمع الطبي.

وحظي النشاط بحضور وإلقاء كلمة كلٍّ من مسجل عام الجامعة الأستاذ إبراهيم المغربي، والدكتور جمال الطلحي مدير برنامج الطب، والدكتور عصام الدناع أحد أوائل مؤسسي الجمعية عام 1993 حين كانت تُعرف باسم “جمعية ابن سينا”، قبل أن تتحول إلى الجمعية الليبية لطلاب الطب والأطباء الشباب.

كما تشرفنا بزيارة الدكتور علي كريمة الأجنف، الأمين العام لفرع جامعة مصراتة، الذي أكد على أهمية التعاون بين الفروع والعمل برؤية واضحة تعزّز من أثر الجمعية وتخدم تطلعاتها.

وتخلّل الفعالية تسليم مهام الرئاسة من الرئيس السابق الدكتور عبدالمعز اللافي إلى الرئيسة الجديدة ياسمين الفرجاني، إيذانًا ببدء مرحلة جديدة من العمل والطموح.

كان يومًا يجمع بين الفخر بما تحقق، والحماس لما هو قادم.🤩

The event was marked by a vibrant and inspiring atmosphere that reflected the spirit of enthusiasm and belonging within the LMSA family.

The day began with an introduction to the association and its five committees, presented by the committee heads and vice heads, highlighting their roles and impact within the medical community.

We were honored by the presence and speeches of Mr. Ibrahim Al-Maghrabi, Dr. Jamal Al-Talhi, and Dr. Essam Al-Denaa, one of the early founders of the association in 1993, formerly known as the “Ibn Sina Association.”

The ceremony also included the official handover of presidency from Dr. Abdulmuaez Al-Lafi to the new president, Yasmin Al-Farjani, marking the beginning of a new chapter.

It was a day filled with pride in what has been achieved and excitement for what lies ahead.
