1- Training corses for graduated opticians : running now
2- 2019 programs
- start full graduation courses for clinical optics
- training programs for ophthalmic laser doctors and technicians
- launch an academic Research in ophthalmology project in collaboration with Cosultation and research beuro of Benghazi university.
- Launch a service upgrade program as an investment project with the Benghazi university polyclinic
- establish a communication base for all institutions and scientific research experts in Ophthalmology for legislations in optics and laser technologies and fields.
for now the current page is the soul base and the work has started in the field and daily bases activities will be reflected continously for now we need out of the box ideas and a brain power storming to bring ophthalmology back to the field of scienc

The Libyan Ophthalmic institute
reaearch and training center for ophthalmologists and opticians .the establishment started teaching in 2015 by the soul founder Dr. Adel El obeidi , an assisstant Professor of ophthalmology in Benghazi university .an undergraduate course in ophthalmology was constructed and designed to be compact but sufficient for the time allowances that the civil war in the country left for displaced students. current activities include practical courses in optics , ophthalmic research in system audits for crisis managment . Diabetic retinopathy and laser treatment requirments now and in the future , strabismus surgery , screening preschool children for defective vision and training programs on imaging and clinical techniques.
