DENUDING micropipettes

Denuding pipettes are used to separated cells of cumulus oophurus oocyte.
Microtech Denuding micropipettes are prepared from borosilikate glass tubing (O.D. 1,2 mm, I.D. 0,75 mm), total length 9,5 mm have a blunt opening and are sold straight. They are available in a choice of 3 sizes I.D. of opening: 150μm, 200μm and 300μm.
The colour identity white (I.D. 120-150μm), grey (I.D. 180-200μm) and braun (I.D. 250-300μm).

ICSI micropipettes

ICSI (intracytoplasmic S***m Injection) micropipettes are use to aspirate and inject the s***m cell directly into the oocyte.
Microtech standard ICSI micropipettes are prepared from borosilicate glass tubing (O.D. 1 mm, I.D. 0,78 mm), total length 5,5 mm, with length of arm 0,5 mm, beveled 35° and with I.D. of the tip 4,5-5 μm, with spike (s) and bending angle 30°.
ICSI pipettes may be ordered also:
• without spike
• with beveled 30°or 40°
• straight or with bending angle 20°, 25°, 35°, 40°

HOLDING micropipettes

Holding micropipets are used to hold the oocyte or blastocys.
Microtech standard Holding micropipettes are prepared from borosilicate glass tubing (O.D. 1 mm, I.D. 0,75 mm), total length 5,5 mm and length of arm 1 mm, bending angle 20°- 40°. They may be ordered in 3 different sizes small O.D. 80 μm, medium O.D. 100 μm and large O.D. 120 μm. Small and medium have polished opening an I.D. of 15-20 μm, large size has an I.D. 25 μm.

تحليل الكوليستيرول " CHO":



الكوليسترول عبارة عن مركب عضوي دهني من فصيلة الاستيرويدات وله اهمية حيوية كبيرة حيث يدخل في تركيب الاغشية البلازمية المغلفة للخلايا بصورة رئيسية، لذلك تقوم الخلايا بتصنيعه إذا لم يحصل عليه الجسم من مصدر خارجي، كذلك يعد الكولسترول مصدرآ اساسيآ للاستيرويدات الاخرى في الجسم مثل الهرمونات الجنسية وفيتامين "د" وحموض الصفراء ( Bile Acids) .

يدخل الكوليسترول في تركيب البروتينات الدهنية ( Lipoproteins) الموجودة بالدم والتي وظيفتها نقل الدهون المختلفة من الدم لاعضاء الجسم المختلفة سواء لأكسدتها للحصول على الطاقة أو لتخزينها في بعض الخلايا كالخلايا الدهنية .

يتحدد تركيز الكوليسترول بعوامل ايضية تتأثر بالوراثة والتغذية ووظائف هرمونية وأيضآ بسلامة الاعضاء الحيوية مثل الكبد والكلى، ويرتبط التمثيل الغذائي (الايض) للكوليستيرول تمامآ بايض الدهون .

يرتفع مستوى الكوليتسيرول في الدم في الحالات التالية :

- الزيادة في تناول المواد الدهنية خاصة التي تحتوي على كوليستيرول
- قصور وظيفة الغدة الدرقية
- الصفراء الانسدادية
- مرض البول السكري غير المعالج
- مرض فرط بروتينات الدم الدهنية

بينما ينخفض مستوى الكوليسترول في:

- التهاب الكبد الحاد
- احيانآ في مرض فرط وظيفة الغدة الدرقية
- الانيميا
- سوء التغذية

ملحوظة هامة :

هناك علاقة وثيقة بين ارتفاع الكوليتسرول في الدم وحدوث مرض تصلب الشرايين حيث يترسب الكوليستيرول مع بعض الدهون الاخرى على جدار الشرايين التاجية المغذية لعضلات القلب مما يؤدي في الحالات الشديدة منها إلى احتشاء عضلات القلب .
