BMI Formula:
BMI = weight (kg) ÷ height² (m)
BMI Categories:
Underweight: BMI < 18.5 🏃♂️
Normal weight: BMI 18.5–24.9 ✅
Overweight: BMI 25–29.9 ⚖️
Obesity: BMI 30+ 🍔
For example, if you weigh 75kg and are 1.8m tall: BMI = 75 ÷ (1.8 × 1.8) = 23.1, which falls in the "Normal weight" range!
