ECG:left axial deviation. Normal conduction .lateral ST depression.
Echo:left coronary originates from the pulmonary artery.(ALCAPA).
Heart Catheterization: (ALCAPA)
OPERATION Done on 6/2/2024..(RE IMPLANTATION LCA TO AORTA)
PASS SMOOTHLY WITH GOOD GENERAL CONDITION.

Baby 4months with sever pulmonary stenosis underwent pulmonary valvotomy arterioplasty doing well every follow up last year echo done show sever pulmonary valve regurgitation and dilated right side was advice dr hasan for valve replacements underwent pulmonary valve replacements (xinograft) size 27 now on anticoagulant managment today echo done good results good contractility improved right side no more dyspnea or tachypnic.
