Tonight's Restorative Yoga & Reiki Healing has been cancelled.

Today I'm recovering from a stomach bug, and although I feel like WonderWoman compared to yesterday, I'm reminded that we all need to take care of ourselves in order to share our energy and love with others.

So take care, rest and spend some time to get in tune with this new energy that is on its way ~ I can feel it ✨
