Thank you goddess
for the blessing of seasons
and this ever changing cyclical body 🪷🥀🌻🌱

I am ruled by the Moon 🌙
Waxing and waning with the tides of the ocean 🌊
Hibernating by winter and buzzing with spring 🐻🐝
But you, my precious physical form, always leading the way into transformation🌀

You respond so intelligently to it all
Giving me me**es to help clear things from my body
Bloating up and letting go
Holding onto the weight in the winter
Letting it all go in the summer
Inflammation, sweat, tears, hair

My body rolls and bumps
and waves and shoots arrows
She has many odors and postures
She wears tension and stress
She moves like water and stands tall and firm
She is strong and she is fluid

I stopped being ashamed of her
and just let her run wild and free

Sometimes she wants rest and
sometimes she wants to lift the weight of the world

I follow you my guide
I revere you my teacher
I choose you my beloved

Over and over you have always been here
Carrying me through this world
In every moment~
There you are again

So many look at you and
comment on how you dance in the world
but I know how you tend to the garden
I know how you travel the cosmos
I feel your or***ms and your grief

No one could possibly understand what you mean to me

Gratitude for this vessel
Today in this shape
and everyday 🤟🏼

First off~ literally f**k the algorithm

F**k the rules

Maybe I’m a dreamer or maybe I’m a leader
Of a more beautiful world
I practice holistic medicine and I’ve been thinking
about this crisis we all face to “make it”
So much of our health is related to stress
which can be correlated with time management, resources, and support
and I’ve been thinking about our planet
and how much I really want to protect her
how much I really want to protect all of us
I know it starts at the root
I’m just like How? How am I going to do this?

I know it’s going to take a massive shift
in consciousness and our social engineering

I was like damn, how did these big corporations make it?

They provided a solution to a problem
They created perceptive value

I think the biggest shift we will
have to make is with our do$$ar

Because that type of shift is an
entire re-evaluation of value
of meaning
of direction

Where our attention goes the cash flows

Life is str8 majikkkk when
detachment meets serendipity 🌟

Story time….

Soooo I really wanted a new pair of barefoot shoes for the gym and have been looking up the perfect pair to purchase (a lot of brands are pretty expensive)

Michael said, let’s go to Savers and see if they have what you’re looking for (it’s a thrift shop)

At first, I was like nahhhhh no way they have what I need and then I kind of just shifted my mindset to having FUN and also what do I have to lose?

Then I looked at him with a smile and said actually let me put in a prayer~ wouldn’t it be crazy if they had a pair of barefoot shoes size 9??

So I asked to receive exactly that

Came out of that joint with all of the drip in these photos AND A PAIR OF BAREFOOT SHOES FOR $12

I found these white boots and laughed my ass off because they are such a statement piece

They ended up being my size so I tried them on
I was like 6’4” in them
I said there’s no way I will wear these I am too tall in them
Michael wouldn’t accept that answer
So he helped me style this entire outfit & the glasses
Took me out to take photos (don’t worry I have some epic solo pics soon ;)
Then he took me to dinner

Perfect first day back in Kansas City 🌆 🥰

Continually riding the edge of my comfort and I just keep saying yes

And damn, the universe and I have a sexiii connection rn 🤤

Maybe it’s that there is no insatiable longing for the future to exist, wishing of days to pass for some eventual unfolding of an event
Always arriving
Letting go
Thriving

Leaping into a foreign culture
is like being reborn

so vulnerable

A simple welcome
A smile
A hand

Kindness
Patience
Curiosity

I feel so tender and exposed

No one knows my name
They ask where I live
If I like living in the United States
because my life may somehow be determined
by the political hysteria

I tell them that it’s hard to survive in a culture that’s built on inflation and separation but I found my soul in the forest

I’m a child of the Earth~ I do not belong to a peoples and yet I deeply long for belonging

I’m stripped down bare
traveling solo
in another country

Just as I arrived
all my plans
to get ahead on my work
came crashing down
by the error of my computer hard drive
So I called my mom and then I just let it go
Found a man in the park sleeping on the bench
I just gave it to him

I guess I can’t escape the loneliness
Knocking at my door
Or the idea that if I just work a little harder
That life is somehow gonna get sweeter

I stop and ask this lady
if I need a ticket for the bus
She tells me not to speak Spanish
and just English
My Spanish is bad she says
I hold back the tears

So I said f**k it and I hopped on my bike
I rode into the city
My hair flying
Remembered how much I loved a good ride

Forgot myself in a big city
Took the train
Found the mountains
Remembered who the f**k I AM

I guess my intention for this trip
Was right on point
My creativity is getting an upgrade
by a fat dose of surrender

I might forget who I am again
But I’m not a quitter
So I promise I’ll get back up
and go searching again 🦋
