Eat Burn Sleep is an online educational health platform founded by Yalda Alaoui in 2018 as a result of over 12 years worth of evidence-based research around the topics of gut health and inflammation. Yalda was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis and autoimmune hemolytic anaemia, which she has fully recovered from as a result of implementing the lifestyle she now shares with the members of the Eat Burn Sleep 6-week plan.
