We are looking for an organized and motivated Administrative Assistant Intern to support our growing operations and contribute to our mission of agricultural excellence.
🎯 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗻𝘁 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗸 & 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Managing professional calls and correspondence.
𝗟𝗼𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁: Assisting with office coordination and supply chain management.
𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Handling filing, archiving, and document tracking (contracts, ..).
𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁: Assisting in the preparation of quotes and client invoices.
𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁: Providing daily assistance to project teams and organizing meetings.
𝗖𝗥𝗠 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗿𝘆: Maintaining and updating our client and partner databases with high accuracy.
👤 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁:
𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Student in Business Administration, Management, or Secretarial studies (Bac+2/3).
𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
𝗦𝗼𝗳𝘁 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀: Strong sense of organization, autonomy, and discretion.
Fluent in French and English.
