AI can help to understand a problem, name a trauma, or notice an energetic blockage โ but it only works at the level of the mind.
It can point out directions, suggest breathing techniques, recommend meditationโฆ ๐๐ฎ๐ญ ๐ข๐ญ ๐๐๐ง๐ง๐จ๐ญ ๐ซ๐๐ฅ๐๐๐ฌ๐ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฆ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐จ๐๐ฒ ๐ฐ๐ก๐๐ญ ๐ก๐๐ฌ ๐๐๐๐ง ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ณ๐๐ง ๐ญ๐ก๐๐ซ๐ ๐๐จ๐ซ ๐ฒ๐๐๐ซ๐ฌ.
๐๐จ ๐๐ฅ๐ ๐จ๐ซ๐ข๐ญ๐ก๐ฆ ๐ฐ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐๐๐๐ฅ ๐๐จ๐ซ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ the shivers in your chest, that tightness in your stomach, that wave waiting to finally break free.
Understanding your emotions, beliefs, and patterns is only the first step โ beautiful, important, but still mental.
True change begins when you allow what is hidden in the subconscious to be released through the body.
This is when ๐๐๐ ๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ฉ๐ฌ ๐ข๐ง โ deep work with energy and the subconscious mind. You can practice it alone, but often the presence of a therapist gives the feeling of safety you need to truly let go of whatโs heavy.
And suddenly, what hurt for years, lets go.
Lightness appears in the body.
Sometimes tears come โ the ones that bring relief.
And in the endโฆ silence.
Peace that cannot be bought or replaced by anything else.
Peace that, in todayโs world, is the most precious treasure.
Thatโs why AI can be supportive, but it cannot replace the work I do as a certified MBM therapist.
