Are you looking to try something new as we step into the colder months? ❄️

Come join me at 12 St Catherine Street in Cupar for beginner Yoga in November. This is a perfect way to embrace this cosy season with movement that is kind to your body alongside a community of like minded people.

What a wholesome day 🥹 A huge shoutout to the wonderful Sandra aka Queen 👑 for spoiling my 10:30am yoga class with her incredible scones! You also fuelled Lynsey & I up for our Retreat Day with the best cheese scones in all of Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

I can’t believe it’a not even been one month of teaching in Cupar! I’m so grateful to these incredible yogis who come to my classes and the wee Welcome Oasis community we are starting to grow!
