🍋 When life gives you 140 tonnes of lemons... you make a festival! 🍋

🤯 The Crazy Numbers: This year marks the 92nd edition, and the scale of it is insane.
Behind the scenes, around 300 professionals work on the event.
They use 15 tonnes of metal to build the giant sculptures, and it takes nearly 1,000,000 rubber bands to hand-attach 140 tonnes of fresh lemons and oranges!
♻️ Zero Waste: Wondering what happens to all that fruit? None of it is wasted!
After the festival wraps up, the citrus is sold off at a discount market, getting a second life as delicious homemade jams, syrups, and limoncello. 🍯🍹
