When it comes to women’s health, misinformation is still too common : and clarity matters.

Not every change is alarming, but every sign deserves attention.

Understanding your body is a powerful step toward prevention and early detection.

Listening to yourself, asking questions, and seeking advice when needed : these are simple yet essential actions.

At Pink Ribbon Monaco, we believe that informed women are empowered women.

Share this to help spread awareness and support women’s health. 🎀

On the occasion of the Pink Ribbon Walk, held in Monaco on February 15th, we invited participants to share what motivated them to be there.

Whether it is to support women affected, to encourage prevention, to join for the first time or to return year after year, every voice helps carry an essential message.

One of solidarity, awareness, and the importance of research.

And above all, to be together.

Thank you to all those who walked alongside us. We hope to see even more of you next year. 🎀

Why talking about women’s health matters?

Because awareness is the first step toward prevention.
Because understanding our bodies helps us care for them with confidence.
Because sharing information creates connection, support and strength.

Talking openly allows us to move forward, together, with clarity and trust.
For awareness. For prevention. For research.

Let’s keep the conversation going💗

On February 15th, we asked this question to the women who joined the Pink Ribbon Walk.

Many shared deeply personal stories :
their own experiences or those of mothers, sisters, daughters and friends.

This walk was more than a gathering.
It was a moment of solidarity, remembrance and hope.

Thank you to every woman who shared her story and stood with us in support of women’s health.

Together, we continue - for awareness, for prevention, for research.

Prevention starts with everyday choices that support your health and long-term well-being.

Regular physical activity, balanced nutrition, limiting alcohol consumption and maintaining a healthy weight all play an important role in supporting overall health.

Just as essential: listening to your body, paying attention to changes, and taking the time to care for yourself.

Prevention is not about control or perfection.
It’s about awareness.
It’s about care.
It’s about making informed choices, at your own pace.

At Pink Ribbon Monaco, we believe that prevention begins with information and continues through everyday actions.
Small steps that, together, can make a meaningful difference for women’s health.

Pink Ribbon Monaco is delighted to introduce a new contributor.

Johanna Engvall is the Head of Editorial Writing at and a contributor to a range of lifestyle and culture publications and platforms. Her work brings an explorative sensibility to conversations around women’s health.

Alongside her writing, Johanna is a movement guide and yoga teacher with over twenty-five years of self-practice across Ashtanga Vinyasa, Yin, and Hatha yoga. She partners her movement teachings with culinary arts as another form of inquiry, a way of listening to the body over time and of supporting clarity, resilience, and long-term wellbeing.

Johanna creates and leads thoughtfully conceived wellness retreats that bring together food for thought, storytelling, and movement. Her practice explores how nutrition and daily rituals support long-term wellbeing, with an emphasis on attuning to seasonal rhythm.

As part of her role with Pink Ribbon Monaco, Johanna will lead health-centred gatherings and curate a monthly editorial newsletter, contributing considered perspectives on nutrition, lifestyle, and prehab. The work is framed not as prescriptive guidance, but as an exploratory approach to understanding and applying wellbeing practices.
