This time between the Solstice, Christmas, and the new year can feel emotionally open for many people. Tender, reflective, or simply quieter than usual.
If that’s you, please know there is nothing you need to fix or figure out right now.
This season invites a softer way of being, less pushing, less holding everything together, and more allowing yourself to rest where you are.
You don’t need to rush into what comes next.
The light doesn’t rush either.

For some, it brings connection and reflection.

There is no right way to move through it.
You are allowed to slow down.
You are allowed to rest.
You are allowed to take up space or very little space at all.
If your body or nervous system is asking for gentleness right now, that’s wisdom not weakness.
Small, steady moments of grounding can support you far more than pushing through.
