I am constantly telling people to wear soft top socks, also called self stop up or diabetic socks
This ladies and gentlemen is why, just look how elasticated socks are strangling this leg and surely impacting on circulation (both blood and lymph)
They don’t cost a fortune but boy can they make a difference!

Today I attended a gentleman who is suffering somewhat due to self neglect, I don’t know this gentlemans story but
Generally wives outlive their husbands but when this doesn’t happen and wives go first I have seen were husbands give up and or just don’t know how to cope and being men don’t know how or can’t reach out for help
Hopefully he feels a little more comfortable now

Got a call out today, obviously hadn’t any treatment for quite some time and was in a great deal of discomfort

After four weeks with this blasted flu bug I’m today getting back to work
This bug has been a bit of a nightmare, I seem to start feeling better then bang it’s been back again
