The Wonders of Our Digestive System.
All the foods we eat in different forms
are digested in our stomach and intestines
and molecules broken down into various
substances that can pass through the
mucosa as they can pass the placenta.
In this article I will focus on digestion of
proteins.
The proteins in various forms we eat are
broken down into various amino acids,
the building blocks . The amino acids
pass through the gut to be delivered to
various parts of the body.
The digestion begins in the stomach and
completed in the intestine. Small and large
protein globulin molecules cannot be
absorbed in in man and animals in adult life.
But the wonder the nature has permitted
is the ' Open Stage of Gut' coined by
physiologists during the newborn period
few hours after birth allowing the
Immunoglobulin molecules of Colostrum
to absorbed into blood in man and
animal like wise.

Because of having cord around
the neck the newborn failed to breath.
Improper resuscitation resulted in
