-Nurse Aid လက်မှတ်ရှိရမည်
-အလုပ်အပေါ်စိတ်ဝင်စားမှုရှိရမည်
-ရေရှည်လုပ်ကိုင်နိူင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်

အကယ်၍ Nurse Aid လက်မှတ် မရှိသေးသူများလည်း စိတ်ဝင်စားမှုရှိပါက Victoria မှ ဖွင့်လှစ်ထားသော Caregiver အခမဲ့ သင်တန်းကို တက်ရောက်ပြီး အလုပ်ဝင်လုပ်နိူင်တဲ့ အခွင်းအရေးလဲရှိတယ်ဆိုတဲ့အ​ကြောင်း
