Samudara Online - Myanmar, Sanchaung (2025)

Samudra is a Sanskrit word that means "gathering together of waters". Through shared learning, holistic knowledge, experience, and skills will confluence here into an ocean of wisdom for healing professionals. Samudra Online is a continuing education course provider for Psychotherapists, Psychologists, Counselors, and Social Workers in Myanmar. Subject topics center around mental health, psychosocial support, psychotherapy and counseling. Courses are designed and delivered online by Su Su Maung, M.A., LMFT, DCC.

Single Mother အခ်င္းခ်င္းေဖးမကူညီမည့္ အဖြဲ႔ဆိုတာ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံမွာရွိတဲ့ Single Mother ေတြကို စိတ္ပိုင္းဆိုင္ရာ အေထာက္အကူျပဳမည့္ ပညာေပး အဖြဲ႔ေလးျဖစ္ပါတယ္။

ဒီအဖြဲ႔ေလးကို တစ္ႏွစ္မွာ (၃) ၾကိမ္ ျပဳလုပ္သြားမွာ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ တစ္ၾကိမ္တြင္ အဖြဲ႔ဝင္ ၆ေယာက္မွ ၈ေယာက္ ပါဝင္မွာျဖစ္ျပီး၊ Close Group အျဖစ္ ျပဳလုပ္သြားမွာ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။

ပထမအၾကိမ္ - Start from Jan 5th (January to February 2019)
အပတ္စဥ္ စေနေန႕ ( ၈ ပတ္ )
နံနက္ ၁၁ နာရီမွ ၁၂ နာရီ။

ဒုတိယအၾကိမ္ - Start from May 4th (May to June 2019)
အပတ္စဥ္ စေနေန႕ ( ၈ ပတ္ )
ညေန ၃ နာရီမွ ၄ နာရီ။

တတိယအၾကိမ္ - Start from Nov 2nd (November to December 2019)
အပတ္စဥ္ စေနေန႕ ( ၈ ပတ္ )
နံနက္ ၁၀ နာရီမွ ၁၁ နာရီ။

Single Mother အဖြဲ႕ကို Citta ရဲ႕ CSR Program အျဖစ္ အဖြဲ႕ဝင္ေၾကးအခမဲ ျ့ပဳလုပ္ေပးသြားမွာ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။
Single Mother အခ်င္းခ်င္းေဖးမကူညီမည့္ အဖြဲ႔ေလးကို Citta ရဲ႕ Wellness Counselor ၂ေယာက္က ဦးေဆာင္ေဆြးေႏြးေပးသြားမွာ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။
လတစ္လခ်င္းစီမွာလည္း Guest Speaker ေတြက လာေရာက္ေဆြးေႏြးေပး သြားမွာ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။

* Single Mother ေတြ ၾကံဴေတြ႕ေနရတဲ့ စိတ္ဖိစီးမႈေတြကို မိမိကိုယ္တိုင္ အေကာင္းဆံုးေျဖရွင္းႏိုင္ရန္၊
* လုပ္ငန္းခြင္၊ ပတ္ဝန္းက်င္ဆက္ဆံေရး ကို တိုးတတ္လာေစရန္၊
* မိခင္ ႏွင့္ ကေလးဆက္ဆံေရး ပိုမိုေကာင္းမြန္လာေစရန္ ရည္ရြယ္ပါသည္။
