Yoga
My power yoga routine will help:
-lower and balance your body weight
-relieve back pain
-hypertension and other nervous system conditions
- to brighten and lighten your skin tone
-sleep soundly
-loosen joints
-build strong muscles and a healthy body
-increase memory
- to improve eyesight
-blood circulation and blood flow
-to increase attention span
-relieve tension caused from stress
-give you a fresh mental and physical state
You should come and give it a try if you are up for a challenge and taking a step forward in improving your health! Yoga Schedule
Morning (5 sessions, every hour from 6 am to 10 am)
Evening (2 sessions, 6 pm-7pm and 7pm to 8pm)
*Other session times can be arranged upon request*
Dance
Dance classes are available upon request. We will teach you the basics of every step, there are many different genres to choose from with modern choreography. Spa
We also offer a variety of spa treatments with a focus in weight loss techniques, all offered at an affordable price.
