Job description
ကုမ္ပဏီ၏ရည်မှန်းချက်ဖြစ်သော ဈေးကွက်အတွင်းယှဉ်ပြိုင်နိုင်စွမ်းတိုးတက်လာစေရန်အတွက်Marketing ဆိုင်ရာနည်းလမ်းများကို တီထွင်ဖန်တီးနိုင်သောအရည်အချင်းများဖြင့် ကုမ္ပဏီ၏ချမှတ်ထား‌ေသာ အရောင်း Target များကိုပြည့်မှီ‌
အောင်လုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်ရမည်။

တာဝန်များ
1-အရောင်း
-Medical Representative များ၏အရောင်း target များကိုလစဥ်သတ်မှတ်‌ပေးနိုင်ရမည်။
-Medical Representativeများအားသက်ဆိုင်ရာwayလမ်း‌
ကြောင်းများသတ်မှတ်ပေးနိုင်ရမည်။
-ဈေးကွက်ဝေစုကိုပိုမိုတိုးမြှင့်ရယူနိုင်ရန် အရောင်းပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာနည်းဗျူဟာများကိုချမှတ်၍စီမံခန့်ခွဲနိုင်ရမည်။
-ချမှတ်ထား သောနည်းဗျူဟာများကို အ‌‌ကောင်အထည်‌‌ဖော်နိုင်စွမ်းရှိပြီး လစဉ်ကုမ္ပဏီမှသတ်မှတ်သောအ ရောင်းtargetများပြည့်မှီအောင်လုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်ရမည်။
-လစဉ်ကုမ္ပဏီမှသတ်မှတ်သောအရောင်းtargetများပြည့်မှီရန်လိုအပ်သည်များကို Medical Representative နှင့်အတူဆွေး နွေးတိုင်ပင်၍ ဖြေရှင်းနိုင်ရမည်။
-ဈေးကွက်အတွင်း ပြောင်းလဲတိုးတက်မှုများနှင့် competitor များ၏နောက်ဆုံးဈေးကွက်အခြေအနေများကိုအချိန်နှင့်တ ပြေးညီ လေ့လာတင်ပြနိုင်ရမည်။
2. Customers ဆက်ဆံရေး
- Customer Base ကို ထူထောင်ခြင်း၊ ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်းနှင့် တိုးချဲ့ခြင်း။
- ဝယ်ယူသူများ၊ အဓိက dealing customer များနှင့် ဆက်ဆံရေးကို ထိန်းသိမ်းနိုင်ရမည်။
- customers တုံ့ပြန်ချက်များတင်ပြနိုင်ရမည်။

3. အရောင်းအဖွဲ့စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှု
- အရောင်းအဖွဲ့ကို ခေါ်ယူလေ့ကျင့်ခြင်း။
- အရောင်းအဖွဲ့၏စွမ်းဆောင်ရည်ကို စောင့်ကြည့်စစ်ဆေးခြင်း။
- အရောင်းအဖွဲ့အား လမ်းညွှန်ခြင်း၊ လမ်းညွှန်ခြင်းနှင့် နည်းပြခြင်း ၊ နယ်ပယ်ဆိုင်ရာလုပ်ငန်းများကို အကောင်းဆုံးဖြစ်အောင်လုပ်ဆောင်ခြင်း။
- Sales Force Effectiveness ကို စောင့်ကြည့်ခြင်း၊ သုံးသပ်ခြင်းနှင့် စဉ်ဆက်မပြတ် မြှင့်တင်ပေးခြင်း

4. အစီရင်ခံခြင်း။
- စျေးကွက် / ဖောက်သည် / အရောင်းလမ်းကြောင်းအပေါ်ပုံမှန်အစီရင်ခံစာများပေးရမည်။
- အမှန်တကယ် နှင့် ခန့်မှန်းထားသော အရောင်းစွမ်းဆောင်ရည်များကိုလစဉ်၊ သုံးလတစ်ကြိမ်၊ နှစ်ပတ်လည် အစီရင်ခံတင်ပြရမည်။

လိုအပ်ချက်များ
- ဘွဲ့တစ်ခုခုရရှိထားသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- ABM အဖြစ် ဆေးဝါးရောင်းချမှု အတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး 5 နှစ် သို့မဟုတ် RBM အဖြစ် 3နှစ်ရှိရမည်။
- ရလဒ်ကောင်းများကို ပိုင်းခြားစိတ်ဖြာနိုင်ရမည်။
- အသင်းအဖွဲ့နှင့် လွတ်လွတ်လပ်လပ် လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။

အကျိုးကျေးဇူးများ
- လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံပေါ်မူတည်၍ လစာညှိနှိုင်းနိုင်ပါသည်။
- နေ့စဥ်ထောက်ပံ့ကြေးနှင့် Ph bill များထောက်ပံ့ခြင်း
-Targetများအလိုက် incentive များ ပေးခြင်း
