• gentle cheek massage
• simple tongue movements
• controlled blowing

These exercises help activate the muscles needed for speech clarity, lip–tongue coordination, breath control, and stronger sound production. Great before talking, reading, or therapy tasks!

Breathe in deeply, hold for 1 second, then breathe out slowly.

Repeat each jaw-bite position 5–10 times, holding for 2–3 seconds ✋🟦. Do at least 3 levels daily to build jaw stability and strength 💪🧠.
Bite blocks help identify and correct symmetrical/asymmetrical jaw closure, increase jaw strength, improve speech clarity, support feeding & chewing, and assist with swallowing and overall oral-motor control 😁✨.
