(Admin Department)
Job Responsibilities:
✅ Handle and process all utility bill payments, including YCDC, EPC, Telecom, and Internet services.
✅ Prepare, submit, and follow up on cash requisitions and employee advance claims.
✅ Manage the procurement of fixed assets, office supplies, stationery, and cleaning materials.
✅ Oversee the purchase, stock control, and distribution of uniforms for all office and shop staff.
✅ Monitor and maintain the stock balance of fixed assets and office supplies, managing their issuance.
✅ Prepare and manage documentation for shop rental contracts.
✅ Check and fulfill daily operational requirements for the office and retail shops.
✅ Deliver necessary accessories and supplies to the main office and various shop locations.
✅ Review and process staff claims, including ferry allowances, overtime, fuel bonuses, and cleaning bonuses.
✅ Maintain accurate records of ferry timings and staff attendance.
✅ Monitoring POD shops for Admin KPI.
✅ Explain and reinforce Administrative Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) during orientation for new staff.
Requirements:
💥 Bachelor’s degree.
💥 Minimum 2 years’ experience in Administration field.
💥 Good knowledge of office management.
💥 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
💥 Strong organizational and communication skills.
💥 Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and manage a team.
💰 Salary : Base on Experience (Negotiate) + Incentive + Other Allowances
🧑💻 Work Day : Monday to Friday (9 AM to 5 PM), Saturday (9 AM to 12 PM)
🙋 Off Day : Sunday and Public Holiday
