Annual Budget Meeting 2025–26: Building Tomorrow, Today
The FairDeal Co., Ltd. Annual Budget Meeting for 2025–26 was not merely an exercise in financial planning; it was a reaffirmation of our collective vision, strategic alignment, and commitment to decisive action.
Throughout the session, we established ambitious objectives and clearly defined priorities, all anchored in our shared mission to build a stronger, more resilient future. At the center of our discussions was our guiding principle:
“ Hear it. Believe it. Live it. “
Key highlights shared during the meeting included:
• Successful completion of the 2024–25 budget year, achieving set targets despite significant challenges, particularly in obtaining import approvals.
• Record-breaking sales performance in the Tender Business segment.
• Commencement of construction work for FairDeal’s new office building.
• Securing of five new supplier agreements for FairDeal Cambodia, further strengthening our market position.
• Presentation of the 2025–26 strategic plan by management, focused on continuing aggressive business growth drivers.
A dynamic, cross-functional workshop was also held, where teams collaborated intensively and proposed five outstanding initiatives to drive future success. The creativity, dedication, and teamwork demonstrated were truly commendable.
Following the meeting, we celebrated the successful year and the beginning of a new one with a cake-cutting ceremony. The Human Resources Department also recognized high performers and announced promotions for outstanding contributions.
As a final and symbolic act of commitment, management and team members proudly inked their signatures on the 2025–26 Theme Wall — committing to drive our vision forward with focus, belief and action.

FairDeal Co., Ltd. ၏ 2025-26 ခုနှစ် နှစ်ပတ်လည် ဘတ်ဂျက်အစည်းအဝေးသည် ဘဏ္ဍာရေးစီမံချက်ရေးဆွဲခြင်းအတွက် လုပ်ဆောင်ချက်တစ်ခုမျှသာမဟုတ်၊ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ မြင့်မားသောအမြင်၊ ဗျူဟာမြောက် ညှိနှိုင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုနှင့် ပြတ်သားသောလုပ်ဆောင်မှုအပေါ် ကတိကဝတ်များကို ထပ်မံအတည်ပြုချက်တစ်ခုလည်းဖြစ်ပါသည်။
အစည်းအဝေးတစ်လျှောက်လုံးတွင်၊ ကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် ပိုမိုခိုင်မာသောအနာဂတ်ကိုတည်ဆောက်ရန် မျှဝေထားသောမစ်ရှင်တွင် အဖွဲ့ဝင်အားလုံးကို တိကျပြတ်သားစွာသတ်မှတ်ထားသော ရည်မှန်းချက်များထားရန် ချမှတ်ခဲ့ပါသည်။ ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ဆွေးနွေးမှုတွင် အဓိကဗဟိုလမ်းညွှန်မူမှာ-

ဤအစည်းအဝေးအတွင်း မျှဝေခဲ့သည့် အဓိကအချက်များမှာ-
• သွင်းကုန်ခွင့်ပြုချက်ရယူရာတွင် ခက်ခဲနေသည့်ကာလအခြေအနေများကြားမှ အောင်မြင်စွာ ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်သော 2024-25 ဘတ်ဂျက်နှစ်ကို ပြီးမြောက်အောင်မြင်နိုင်ခဲ့ခြင်း။
• 2024-25 ခုနှစ် တင်ဒါလုပ်ငန်းအရောင်းတွင် စံချိန်တင်ချိုးနိုင်ခဲ့ခြင်း။
• FairDeal ၏ရုံးခန်းအဆောက်အဦအသစ်အတွက် ဆောက်လုပ်ရေးလုပ်ငန်းစတင်ခြင်း။
• FairDeal ကမ္ဘောဒီးယားအတွက် ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏စျေးကွက်အနေအထားကို ပိုမိုခိုင်မာစေမည့် လုပ်ငန်းမိတ်ဖက် သဘောတူညီချက်စာချုပ်အသစ်(၅)ခုကို လက်မှတ်ရေးထိုးခဲ့ခြင်း။
• Management မှ 2025-26 မဟာဗျူဟာစီမံချက် (Strategic Planning) ကို အဖွဲ့ဝင်များအား ထုတ်ဖော်လမ်းညွှန်ပြသခဲ့ခြင်း။
အဖွဲ့ဝင်များသည် အတူတကွပူးပေါင်းကာ အနာဂတ်အောင်မြင်မှုကို တွန်းအားပေးရန် ထူးချွန်သော အစပျိုးမှုငါးခုကို အဆိုပြုသည့် တက်ကြွပြီး လုပ်ငန်းခွင်ဆိုင်ရာ ဆွေးနွေးပွဲကို ကျင်းပခဲ့ပါသည်။ အဖွဲ့ဝင်များ၏ တီထွင်ဖန်တီးနိုင်မှု၊ စိတ်အားထက်သန်မှုနှင့် အဖွဲ့လိုက်လုပ်ဆောင်မှုတို့ကို သက်သေပြခဲ့သည်မှာ အမှန်တကယ်ပင် ချီးကျူးစရာဖြစ်ပါသည်။
အစည်းအဝေးအပြီးတွင်၊ အောင်မြင်သောနှစ်နှင့် နှစ်သစ်တစ်ခု၏အစကို ကိတ်မုန့်ခွဲဖြတ်ခြင်းအခမ်းအနားဖြင့် ကျင်းပခဲ့ပါသည်။ HRဌာနမှ ထူးချွန်သော စွမ်းဆောင်ရှင်များကို အသိအမှတ်ပြုပြီး ဝန်ထမ်းရာထူးတိုးများကိုလည်း ကြေငြာခဲ့ပါသည်။
ကတိကဝတ်ပြုမှု၏ နောက်ဆုံးသင်္ကေတအဖြစ်၊ management နှင့် အဖွဲ့၀င်များသည် 2025-26 Theme Wall ပေါ်တွင် လက်မှတ်ရေးထိုးခဲ့ကြပါသည်။
ကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် ခွန်အားရှိသော၊ ညီညွတ်စွာ ရှေ့သို့ဆက်လက်သွားရန် နှင့် ရည်ရွယ်ချက်ရှိသော ရလဒ်များကို ပေးဆောင်ရန်လည်း အသင့်ဖြစ်နေကြပြီးဖြစ်ပါသည်။
