-Prepare and dispense medication for outpatients based on doctor's orders.
-Provide drug information and medication counseling to patients to ensure safe and effective drug administration.
-Check and compile a list of pharmaceuticals nearing their expiration dates on a regular basis, and notify the management.
-At the conclusion of each month, conduct a stock inventory.
-Record temperatures and humidity in cold storage and room temperature locations to maintain medicine quality.
-Record controlled drug usage in the Controlled Drug Register and check daily stock balances.
-Double-check procedures must be implemented throughout data entry, preparation, and dispensing, especially for high-alert drugs.
-Participate and contribute actively to the hospital's quality improvement plan.

-Must be đ.đđĄđđŤđŚ degree holder.
-Must have knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
-Preferable đđąđŠđđŤđ˘đđ§đđ đ˘đ§ đđđ đđ˛đŹđđđŚ đĄđđ§đđĽđ˘đ§đ .
-Good interpersonal and communication Skills.
-Professional manner and appearance.

-Able to work under pressure.
