Job Description
• Plan and implement daily sales activities including customer visits, follow-ups, sales calls, and complaint handling.
• Maintain and build strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Drive sales growth by expanding market coverage and increasing sales volume.
• Take responsibility for product branding, market expansion, and achieving sales targets through strategic sales planning.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Participate in and occasionally manage trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
• Maximize profits through upselling and cross-selling additional products within the company’s portfolio.

Job Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing of Medical Equipment and Consumables.
• M.B.,B.S, B.Med.Tech, or other relevant medical/technical background preferred.
• Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to contribute effectively across departments.
• Proven ability to deliver results and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Good communication skills, including proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Must be willing and able to travel locally and internationally as required.
