𝟏.𝐒𝐮𝐛 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫 (𝐁𝐢𝐨-𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥)
📌 Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and involve closely to apply the related policies, and procedures of medical equipment and Medical Gas system, etc., to meet effective, efficient and safe operations of the hospital regarding to Myanmar National standard and, energy saving guidelines.
- Cooperate with the leader/ site Engineer and suppliers to support the necessary of hospital’s new renovation/ project and involve test and commission, and user application training.
- Be responsibility and accountability to take care and maintain the spare parts and hand-tools which are not to be lost or damaged due to human error under the unit.
- Comply that all operational and / or maintenance works with respect to meet Environmental and Social safety, HSE, Life and Fire safety, and infection control guidelines.
- Communicate and establish working relationship with internal and other departments to get teamwork and good services.
- Propose the duty roaster for all subordinates and send it to engineering office after getting approval from immediate supervisor.
- Lead, guide, and coordinate with the subordinates to solve the any abnormalities and difficulties for remedial actions by taking technical support from immediate supervisor.
- Lead and cooperate to make sure the daily corrective and preventive maintenance actions to collect the PM and CM service data records and propose to immediate supervisor.
- Undertake duties and responsibilities assigned and directed by executive engineer up to HOD.
📌 Requirements:
- Bachelor of engineering or Diploma in Engineering/ A.G.T.I with Electronics/ Mechatronics/ Biomedical discipline.
- Certificate of completion in medical equipment training is preferred.
- 5 years experiences in bio-medical engineering or medical equipment industries.
- 1 year in related supervisory level.
- Good knowledge in Myanmar National Building Code and health care standard codes.
- Good in Supervisory, Task-oriented, and Problem-solving skills.
- Good in four skills in English.
- Good in IT knowledge and usage of Engineering software.

📌 JOB SPECIFICATION (JS)
- A.G.T.I / B.Tech / B.E with Electrical / Electronic or equivalent Engineering Diploma / Degree
- 5 years of experience in Electrical / Electronics / MEP field
- Knowledge of teamwork, time management and communication skills.
- Language Skills in English (Fair).
- Knowledge in engineering drawing and Basic AutoCAD Software.
- Basic Computer skills.
📌 JOB DESCRIPTION (JD)
1) Daily report to Sub Assistant Engineer / Executive Engineer.
2) Lead the subordinates and participate in repairing and installation works under Electrical and Communication Unit.
3) Responsibility to take care and maintain the spare parts and hand-tools which are not to be lost or damaged due to human error under the Unit.
4) Comply that all operational and / or maintenance works with respect to meet Environmental and Social safety, HSE, Life and Fire safety, and infection control guidelines.
5) Communicate and establish working relationship with internal and other departments to get teamwork and good services.
6) Coordinate with the subordinates to solve the any abnormalities and difficulties for remedial actions. Take a technical support from Sub Assistant Engineer if need.
7) Perform and supervise to make sure the daily corrective and preventive maintenance actions. And also collect the PM and CM service data and submit to Sub Assistant Engineer.
8) Cooperate with the Leader / Site Engineer and Suppliers to support the necessary of hospital’s new renovation / project and involve test and commission, and user application training.
9) Propose the duty roaster for all subordinates and send it to be Engineering Office after getting approval from immediate Supervisor.
10) Undertake duties and responsibilities assigned and directed by immediate Superior of the Engineering Department.
